Please Help Me ...

When I first tried to post a (One) profile photo, I had loads of difficulty scaling down the size of many photos but most ended up with the head/face partly or half cut off. So I kept trying with different photos and they all ended up the same except one half reasonably showing just the whole face so, frustrated, fed up & exhausted, I just clicked 'Done' or some such button. Then I had the horror of seeing I had 27 ridiculously trimmed photos all posted all my wall.

This annoyed me no end, but there seems to be no way I can delete them. Please, please tell me anyone how to delete unwanted profile photos. Thank you.

Yes, I will help you.  First, I am sorry to hear about the problems with your photo.  Maybe in the future we will offer a better way to edit the photos.  Most on-line photo editors are flash based and are very difficult to use; I say this from actually using some of them.  It is better to edit your photos locally on your computer before uploading.  There are hundreds of free programmes that one can download and use to edit photos.

Go to your photo albums and select your profile album.  Click on "Manage Photos"  You will be presented with the photos in the album with a square box in the upper left corner of the thumbnails.  Check each box on each photo that you wish to delete (there is a select all box next to the delete button that will select all photos at once).  When you have selected the photos you wish to delete, click on the "Delete" button.

Sorry to bother you again. I just tried to do as you instructed, but I was not presented with the set of photos as you described: with a little square on the upper left corner; only the first one has it, and the rest are all blurred out part of the each photo, except the first one as I said, but when I clicked on that little box, the new page popped up with just that one photo. Where have I gone wrong??

Thanks Geek-Girl, for your response and help. I am still a little puzzled as I do always edit my photos on my computer, using Photoshop CS or Photoshop Element. It's just that the square provided by this site is near impossible to trim the photo with the full face showing, which is what a profile pic ought to be.

I will certainly tried to delete some of the lot and start again as soon as I can find a few minutes necessary to do it all at once not pause and stop all the time. Will report the result to you if you allow me.
