The Paris Agreement Was A Feel Good Thing

The Paris agreement was a feel good thing.  The reality is that reducing emissions over a decade is a joke.  The time to do something was 30 to 40 years ago.  The permafrost is melting.  Cutting emissions is not going to freeze the permafrost.  We are toast.  As the permafrost melts, it is releasing large amounts of CO2 and methane.  Nothing that we know of will stop global warming at this point in time.  Unless some aliens from outer space with some advance technology comes along, we; not we as in us, but we as the human race, are done for.

Exactly.  May as well make the best out of the situation.  I think S'mores are in order.
